Hi, I’m Rashad! I’m a portrait photographer based in Dallas, Texas. I moved to America in 2022 and now work in marketing for an international company. I love the art of storytelling and for me, photography is the best tool for this. I grew up in Baku, Azerbaijan and as a child, I felt inspired going through my grandmother’s sketches and old works of art. She was a painter and had passed away long before I was born, but I became interested in painting and later graphic design as my own way of expressing myself. I was later introduced to photography when I received my first “real” camera for my 16th birthday. At this time, I began to learn the technical aspects of photography and work on fine tuning my skills. Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours learning new techniques and practicing new methods to improve my craft.
