Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering our photography packages. Before proceeding with your purchase, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions:

  1. Booking and Payment: To book a photography package, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. We accept payment by cash or online transfer.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot, please notify us as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, but we may be able to transfer it to a new date, subject to availability.

  3. Image Delivery: We will provide you with a digital gallery of high-resolution images within two weeks of your photoshoot. The images will be available for download and will be edited and processed at our discretion.

  4. Usage Rights: You will have the rights to use the images for personal use only, including sharing on social media, printing, and displaying. You may not use the images for commercial purposes without our permission.

  5. Model Release: By booking our photography services, you grant us permission to use your images for our portfolio, website, and social media. If there are other individuals in the photoshoot, it is your responsibility to obtain their permission before sharing or using the images.

  6. Liability: We will take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety during the photoshoot. However, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the session.

  7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the images or any breach of this agreement.

Please note that for out of town photography requests, an additional fee will be implemented to cover travel expenses such as transportation, lodging, and meals.

The additional fee will vary depending on the location and length of the photo shoot, and will be discussed and agreed upon before booking the session.
